By accessing, browsing, or using the VertexCapitalGroup website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VertexCapitalGroup Ltd., a company registered and licensed to operate digital asset management services.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or investment is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. VertexCapitalGroup shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All investment plans have specified durations, return rates, and deposit ranges as displayed on our platform. Returns are calculated daily and credited to your account balance.

Principal amounts are locked for the duration of the selected investment plan. Early termination of an investment plan may result in forfeiture of accrued returns. VertexCapitalGroup reserves the right to modify plan terms with 30 days prior notice to existing clients.

Deposits are accepted in the cryptocurrencies specified on our platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply as stated for each investment plan.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-4 hours during normal operating conditions. VertexCapitalGroup reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes. There are no withdrawal fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertexCapitalGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that investment returns are not guaranteed and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

VertexCapitalGroup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, any funds not under an active investment plan will be returned to your designated withdrawal address within 7 business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
